When will my order ship?
Our items take up to 5 working days to be hand-sewn, and then shipped by overnight tracked courier.
For Rural Delivery allow up to 3 extra working days for shipping.
Please note these shipping times may change particularly at peak times like Christmas.
New Zealand Shipping
We offer fast, tracked shipping through NZ Post to all addresses nationwide! New Zealand orders incur a flat-rate fee of $5.00 NZD.
We aim to dispatch orders within 72 hours and orders are typically delivered within 1-3 business days. An email notification will be sent to the email provided in your order when your parcel is on it's way!
We offer fast, tracked shipping through NZ Post to Australia. All orders incur a flat-rate fee of $14.00 NZD.
We aim to dispatch orders within 72 hours and orders are typically delivered within 4-10 business days. An email notification will be sent to the email provided in your order when your parcel is on it's way!
Shipping to Rest of the World
All orders outside of Australia and New Zealand will be sent via an international tracked air-freight service. A flat-rate of $30.00 NZD will apply.
International orders are typically delivered in 10-20 business days, depending on the destination, local postal service and customs processing.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Something wrong? Send us a message via our 'Contact Us' page or via Instagram and we'll get back to you ASAP to resolve any issues!
Refunds will be offered for any faulty items as we pride ourselves in our quality. If you're not happy with your item, please do flick us an email! firstname.lastname@example.org
Refund requests for faulty products must be made within 90 days of the purchase date. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and reimburse the refund too.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, tags and packaging will not be required. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Sizes may vary depending on the type of item you are purchasing so it is very important you double check sizing. We unfortunately cannot offer exchanges as limited quantities of sizes are made and we cannot guarantee the size you are after will be available.
Please allow 1-2cm error as all coats are hand cut & sewn.
